      Most toxic environment of my career

      Pros

      The base salary was adequate.

      Cons

      From day one, this company was filled with the stench of ”who you know gets you where you want to be” and people in positions that were not qualified to be there in the first place. Promises of equity that were never intended to materialize and an attitude towards employees the really show the “use you until you burn out” culture. This is a company born more from the “finance bros” of Wall Street in culture and attitude and has very little tech developed for their intended purpose that wasn’t imported from acquisition. My advice from someone that has been in tech for a long time is to stay away. There are so many better companies to work for out there!

      Needs more Capital

      Pros

      Half day Friday and they say unlimited vacation but no way you can keep job if you take more than normal amount of days off

      Cons

      Very dismal. It is a total mirage that marketing has created. I don’t even think they have much capital left. Isn’t the company almost ten years old and has not made a single penny ?
