Nice benefites on holidays, a fair amount of money for lunch (10bis)

Cons

no work-life balance, Unprofessional managers, micromanagement. No managers training, the team leader expects the workers to work endless hours which leaves no time for having a personal life. There are a lot of peopke that work in the company for a year or two and leave once they see that they can't advance profetionaly. No salary talks every year, and no salary raise (after 5.5 years)
