      Disappointing results and no differential technology for a startup

      Being lost in the pack of rapid hires to impress management of progress

      Cons

      -No sustainable differentiation from leading competitors -Management has limited knowledge of what to do to meet sales (spend and buy other companies at a premium) Sales goals have never been achieved (raise more than $350 M for total yearly sales under $50M Expected?). 5 or years of raise and burn cash.

      This is a toxic, poorly managed, unprofitable company that chews hardworking, well intentioned people up, spits them out, and treats them like garbage. There are so many better places to work. I can assure you the five star reviews are 100% fake. The leadership is unethical and shockingly incompetent. They are losing customers left and right and the future is not bright. Save your sanity.

      - good benefits - fully remote position - unlimited pto - people are generally friendly

      Cons

      - ceo changes his mind very often which creates sudden demanding deadlines - "restructuring" layoffs happen multiple times a year - little opportunity to do your job correctly- everything is about speed and process is often ignored or not allowed to happen - lack of transparency overall - misalignment of management structure
