Trying to create a sales strategy but it has been difficult to resonate with prospects (churn b/c old prospects have seen no value-add imho). It seems like they spend a lot with no real gain in overall sales targets. Hugh cash raised and spending about $100M a year imho. Sales weak with this type of funding. Concerned about cash levels high burn as turnover happens much too often - especially new executives that were hired/leaving in less than a year like third or fourth CFO or CMO - big name titles with more vice chairmans on payroll than any other company I have seen -

There is not much culture to speak of. Teams work in siloes and upper management is not helpful or transparent. There are many internal processes and reorgs that need to happen - I would avoid until they can figure that out . Benefits are just okay - nothing "extra" like you may see at other companies and the health insurance (now Cigna) was expensive for a family plan.
