A Gem of a Place! Felt Like Family

Pros

One of the few workplaces where there's truly a positive culture. Collaborative work environment and easy access to upper management. One moment sums up my year at Bluewater: when the ceiling light above me went out and Brian Nault, the company president, climbed up on my desk to fix it. Most presidents of successful tech companies wouldn't do that.

Cons

Chantilly can get trafficky, especially during rush hour.

The fact that the CEO who doesn’t even work in the same state as I do and still knows my name is amazing. Every year since I have worked here they have tried to get better benefits for us.

Cons

Working contracting at times is hard with upward mobility. But that is understood.
