Pros

Being part of BlueWater is being part of a real team, from the owners on down, everyone goes out of their way to support everyone else.

Cons

Being part of an aggressively expanding company is challenging, especially when people are asked to step up to new responsibilities. This is really a blessing to all those except the unmotivated.

Pros

I've been here 8 months so I'm still relatively new, but BW Fed has a great corporate culture! President and COO make themselves available to everyone and sincerely care about their employees- we have amazing benefits too. Work isn't easy but it's meaningful and everyone cooperates (no office cattiness). We get perks like free massage day and genuinely fun company parties. I'm in my thirties and BlueWater is by far the most fair and just employer I've ever had.

Cons

It's located in Chantilly, which can be trafficky at rush hour (although I suppose that applies to everywhere in the DMV).
