      Pros

      Growing company. Management understands that there’s a lot that is still a work in progress. Reasonable expectations. Competitive salary.

      Cons

      No strategic training process. System logins could be more uniformed. Single SignOn would be great.

      Not too corporate. Very Casual working environment

      Lack of substance and clear direction. Poorly thought out and unrealistic expectations considering logistics of business and integrity of staff.

      A growing company who focuses on their people

      Pros

      This company is going places! not only are the staff passionate they are extremely talented. I’m based in the Irving office and people genuinely care and take the time to get to know and welcome you. Management is beginning to empower the employees to direct and foster the culture we get to set the tone, your option counts, your feedback is welcomed and asked for ! The company is growing not only is there new job rec's being created, there are opportunities to grow and gain promotion.

      Cons

      Office layout could be better, with growth we have acquired more floor space and its a little quirky.
