Cons

- Culture is somewhat lacking, but hopeful about its improvement - In the process of smoothing out growing pains and less-efficient processes - Compensation is in the process of becoming more competitive - Office can be chilly

Team environment, lots of opportunities in claims. It's like being on the ground floor for an exciting new company with a big upside

Cons

Many operating systems because several companies were merged together but I think management is working to fix.

Pros

Great atmosphere. Employees are happy and enjoy coming to work. Company has a big vision for the future.

Cons

Conference rooms never seem to be fully operational when needed. Office temp control seems impossible most of the year. Multiple domains within the same office results in issues.
