Great health benefits. Great team members. Great talent. Perfect company for entry level candidates wanting to gain experience at a fast pace.

Cons

Horrible company culture. Lackluster benefits, overall. Excel is your bestfriend because of outdated systems, programs & processes. Most reports are manually ran. Salary does not mirror experience and/or workload. No growth or development. They'll "promote" you but the only thing that change are your title and compensation. Responsibilities generally stay the same. Corporate office culture is tense because of passive aggressiveness from management.
