Pros

The immediate team is filled with kind, hardworking, and thoughtful people who genuinely respect work life balance...grateful for the camaraderie and support I experienced day to day

Cons

While immediate teams are filled with wonderful, supportive people, the same cannot be said for senior leadership. There is a consistent lack of support, professionalism, and basic respect from the top. Efforts to seek feedback or guidance are often ignored, and interdepartmental collaboration is undermined by ego and infighting. Shockingly, leadership has openly expressed intentions to phase out creative roles in favor of AI—yes, this was presented to staff. It's disheartening to see such disregard for the people doing the work. Proceed with caution: this is not a place where long-term growth or respect for your role valued.

Pros

I like the customers, the setup of the store, the products, the ethos of the company. In theory, this would be the best retailer I've ever worked at but.....

Cons

I am very disappointed in the lack of action being taken by higher management. They know the store has been struggling without a store manager and a full staff for many months. There is a lack of urgency to get the store staffed at all. Managers have not moved people up who are ready, willing, and able to move up. They also seem to have no interest in separating themselves from people who do not contribute to their company, those who are actively hurting the business by creating upset customers, vendors, and employees.

Pros

Weekly pay now Gratis My old manager CO workers

Cons

The menu is outdated They do not promote their spa services They expect estheticians to be paid $15 hr and still be on the floor to promote facials which will end up with you helping clients which with that little pay makes no sense.
