Pros

Customers and coworkers are great

Cons

Pay scale is dismal , have to make store goal to earn 1% bonus , they make it almost impossible to reach goal with their 20% increases , no stock , nothing the customers want , etc Nobody listens to you when you know what is needed to excel they are intimidated by employees with half a brain . They throw money away by having us transfer products all over the state, the ups bill must be astronomical instead of just ordering the merchandise from the vendors Truly a sad state of affairs here. I could go on and on

Pros

Gratis and employee discount is probably the only good thing

Cons

Absolutely no structure. Human Resources never responds to calls or emails. Managers play favorites. Experienced a lot of racism and unprofessional behavior. Employees like to gossip about each other and about former employees.
