Pros

Recruiting/interview process was swift and professional. Was really impressed by the company's professed culture and core values. A few weeks into my time here and I'm not disappointed. Everyone has been very welcoming, and it seems like a great place to learn and grow.

Cons

Fast-paced but I like that.

Pros

Great office space but at what cost (they ran short on cash and had to raise more, and how is this helping patients?), product portfolio is big (2-4 compounds) for a biotech startup which helps reduce risk, but the "quality" of those products is lacking differentiation from competitors.

Cons

Wasteful spending Image is valued over substance (the executives love those articles and awards) Culture is all about conforming
