Fast growing company; hard-working and dedicated employees; competitive compensation/benefits package. I honestly enjoy going to work in the morning and my co-workers make me want to work harder every day. BPMC’s truly talented and collaborative people are what make this company stand out among the rest. Our Core Values are at the center of everything we do.

Cons

Nothing aside from the issues that any company goes through with such rapid growth.

Pros

The compensation is excellent as is the broader company dynamic. The company itself is doing very well which helps alleviate concerns of job security at a fairly young company.

Cons

The personal dynamic in the biology and chemistry departments can be very challenging. This is most definitely not the company for young scientists or scientists in general that tend to challenge the status quo. The result of this dynamic has, for me, resulted in a very negative experience and for that reason I suggest that interested scientists look elsewhere for employment if other options are available. The salary here is not worth the reduction in quality of life.

Pros

Everyday there is free lunch, snacks, fruit, refreshments, etc. It's really helpful to not have to worry about how you're going to power through your day. The company is growing, but is still very small. Many top tier scientists that have made incredible advancements in the industry. Still a research based company. Opportunities to continue learning and to share ideas. Strong pipeline. Collaborative and friendly employees, easy to talk to decision makers. Flexible schedules. Happy hours and social gatherings are common.

Cons

Office space is tight at the moment, but there are already plans to move to a bigger space soon.
