Benefits are excellent: Company shuts down for one week in July and from Christmas to New Years, Good Bonus Structure, healthcare, average 401(k) match

Cons

Culture is horrible, corporate values are a smoke and mirrors show, promotions are nepotism based, employees aren't valued
