Good Salary Friendly People Can be Lots of Fun Lots of Snacks

Cons

Many long term employees have limited vision of the company and are resistant to new personnel and ideas. If one of these people are your manager, you can be in for a tough ride. Also, they are very resourced constrained and will work you for long hours.
