Great students. Some school staff are really supportive. Supportive managers.

Pros

There used to be fully paid health insurance.

Cons

E.D. and leadership are opportunistic, looking for any opportunity to take money and sell work to schools, with no regard from program quality or impact. Board involvement is non-existent. Incompetent "consultants" with friends in the school districts are brought in and overpaid in an attempt to get contracts. More than 90% of staff has left in the past 1.5 years. A toxic place to work.
