The teamwork with the fellows and teachers is a great experience
Cons
Coordinator not up front. The coordinator makes decisions without discussing them with the fellows and always says we are a team. We are paid like interns.We all have bachelor degrees and higher but we are not respected. We do as much work as the teachers but get treated and paid like we don't.
