Low pay - at that hourly rate, wouldn't be able to qualify for an apartment share anywhere in the city.

Great opportunity to work in individual classes and teach students.

Cons

The pay was very small for the role. Defiantly would need to pay a starting salary of at least $35 - $40 an hour.
