Pros
This is a great program for gaining experience in working within a school as well as learning how to be a great teacher.
Cons
The type of site manager you have determines what your overall experience will be like. I’ve met sweet and helpful managers.. and have worked with one awful manager who doesn’t always consider how his fellows feel. And what’s funny is that a lot of the former fellows who previously worked for Blueprint had managed complaints about him as opposed to the female site managers.
