Pros

Love my students; love making a difference in a bad neighborhood

Cons

Offer: $21,000 for 10 months with 40 hours a week. Potential $4k bonus. Reality: $21,000 for 11 months with 45 hours a week. Potential $2k bonus. Blueprint will deny that they change things on a daily basis (ie bonus, ability to return next year, what student growth is based on, etc) with no regard for the fellows livelihoods.

If you really love your students and being in a school environment, I would say this job is lovely. Fully paid benefits

Cons

Low pay, no pay for holidays, the company does not value Blueprint Fellows at their worth. They may not always be fully qualified but are to act like such. Long in-person training
