Our Fellows play a pivotal role in helping change the trajectory of students' lives, and we are committed to providing the support necessary for them to thrive both personally and professionally. To prioritize the well-being of our full-time Fellows, Blueprint covers 100% of the monthly premium for medical, dental, and vision coverage. We also offer access to no-cost wellness and mental health services through our medical plan and a comprehensive employee assistance program. We want to emphasize that we understand the importance of wellness and mental health and work to provide resources that support Fellows throughout their service year. We also take great pride in fostering a supportive environment where Fellows are not only onboarded with in-depth training but receive ongoing professional development and one-on-one coaching. Our goal is to equip Fellows with the tools and mentorship they need to grow, develop, and make a lasting impact in their schools and communities. Blueprint provides multiple opportunities for Fellows to offer and receive feedback during the one-on-one coaching cycles. In addition Fellows are introduced to Blueprint's Human Capital team during onboarding/orientation and welcome to contact Human Capital to share any comments or concerns.
