      Free food and that’s about it.

      Cons

      Management is unqualified Severely underpaid Your opinions/suggestions don’t matter You have to work holidays Read the comments, it’s one of the worst companies to work for.

      Good place to get insurance and stability income per month

      Pros

      Very easy to get job offer, nice people around. Company provided lunch and snacks. Not bad to stay 2-3 years before retirement.

      Cons

      Impersonal system of points and warnings. The person is nothing. Promotion process is absolutely unclear. You never get promotion even if you have appropriate experience and education, but your nose is not "brown" enough.
