- work during every holiday, including Christmas and New Years - management can't handle the amount of people they have to deal with - questionable if promotions are merit based

good pay free food they will pay half the cost of education expenses if it can be applied to your role good health benefits

Cons

I will echo some of the statements already made here: -favoritism and narcissistic personalities abound -if you have a problem with the way something is done, you become the problem! -policies that barely exist at all are enforced with militancy. If you're one of the cool kids, don't worry as this doesn't apply to you. -mandatory overtime (although this didn't bother me, personally)
