Pros

-Great Benefits (But choose wisely) -Hybrid Work Model -Some Office Amenities - Snacks and Beverages provided, Parking is free and on-site -Guaranteed 40 hour work weeks

Cons

-Non-negotiable hours: You are either on one of the 5 x 8 schedules (5 days, 8 hours) or on the 4 x 10 schedule ( 4 days, 10 hours). The 4 x 10 schedule is exclusive to the weekend. -Holidays can be missed: You are expected to work on holidays if it falls on a normal work day on your schedule. (However, you get this back by having holiday deferrals.) -Career growth as a Support Agent is horizontal: if you want to advance your career growth, you are likely going to choose a different position. Especially if you apply as a Tier 3 specialist. You either look for different opportunities within the company that are unrelated or you climb up to a Team Lead position into Project Manager and eventually Senior Project Manager.

Pros

+ A great gaming client with fascinating localization projects. + If you are a PC gamer, you will love it here. + CAT tools + Many friendly colleagues! + Diverse translation projects + Learning opportunities

Cons

-Bad leaders -High employee turnover. You have to work for three people when you lose your other localization specialists in your team. -Bad work-life balance with changing deadlines from the client; the client changes their mind constantly and you will work late. -No proper career advancement opportunities if you do not want to be a team lead. -Low salary and no equal pay.

Pros

Great culture, lack of pressure and toxicity, helpful and kind colleagues, good pay and benefits.

Cons

A bit chaotic at times and sometimes miscommunication happens, there's a lot of room for improvement here for sure.
