Very little day to day interaction with current management.

Cons

Management is very full of themselves. CEO has little man syndrome and highly inappropriate at team meetings. All the good managers left during the pandemic. If you have a video conference with one of the current managers it looks like they just rolled out of bed for the occasion. Unprofessional and inappropriate comments are commonplace.
