      Pros

      The job was onsite at Microsoft, which is a good place to work. All the people I referred and interviewed are good people.

      Cons

      They received confidential information about me from a previous employer, demoted me with no discussion, then terminated me two weeks later. Be careful before working with this company. I referred four people to work for Blueprint and I was promised $1,000 referral bonus for each hire. Blueprint is now refusing to pay me. Send your friends somewhere else!

      - You will get to work with good people, strong comradery amongst coworkers. - Great benefits if you are single. - Good pay for entry level work.

      Cons

      - Company lacks leadership. Many program managers, few people managers. - 0-3% Annual increases and no annual bonuses for hourly employees two years running. - HR department that needs HR training. - Rough schedule for work life balance. Blackout periods including holidays with no flexibility. - Retaliation culture that plagues both managers and employees alike. - Poor management. Poor policies. Poor execution. Poor communication. - Advancement based on posturing rather than performance.

      Okay salary and 1 person benefits. That's about it.

      Cons

      Micromanagement is going to kill it. Absolutely the worst. Not very smart people trying to lead others to "success" . They will spy on you each time they have a chance.
