      Pros

      I really enjoy working with the wide pool of talent. I am continually challenged in a good way, and have felt my career growth has been both fair, as well as timely.

      Pros

      Free snacks and booze Great immediate coworkers and diverse group of ppl CEO doesn’t know what he’s doing (pro bc means you can lay low and not be called out as much) Work is ok but not going anywhere Great place to figure out your purpose/next gig and get a paycheck

      CEO doesn’t know what he’s doing (con bc it’s frustrating to work with these kinds of leaders that aren’t opened to listening or learning) Leadership team is oblivious and are “yes sir” type folks to CEO Work is not compelling or leading anywhere No sense of purpose or motivation No adequate coaching or mentoring to grow in your career No accountability across work stream owners No long term potential Some employees talk bad about other employees all the time HR is ridiculous
