      Good people, OK management, good parties. They try very hard to create a community among the employees

      Like most consulting companies, there isn't much loyalty.

      Very promising to start but end up finding out unless you're popular you aren't going anywhere fast.

      Feeling like you're something while actually just being a call center rep.

      Cons

      Lies, hr doesn't support you, stagnant pay despite the company raking in cash left and right. Laughable bonuses (92$ Christmas bonus when they increased revenue over 1000%). Company growing too fast and leaving their previous engagements alone.
