Pros

Fun work environment at times, free food.

Cons

Leadership very unprofessional. Shifts includes weekends and holidays, even Christmas and Thanksgiving. No unpaid time off unless you are an OPM. One specific OPM stated not too long ago and took over 1 month vacation at different times to go on tropical vacations. Others are simply denied even in case of emergencies.

Pros

Blueprint consulting , we are the fastest growing company on East side Bellevue. Have won many awards as we are providing outstanding service to our clients and to our employees.I am working with Blueprint from past 6 months. It is a place where you will learn Great things.

Cons

If you are looking for a corner place where you can keep your Heads down and work - this is not the place for you as it needs lot of communication and collaboration with others in any job where you are !

Pros

Wonderful people, sense of family inside teams. Management is open to communication (but even if they listen to what you have to say, it doesn't mean they are going to act). Fun activities for employees. It's a good stepping stone on your career path, but if you are a valued professional, there is nothing to do for you there.

Cons

Honestly speaking, I don't know how a company with such a terrible work/life balance could've won all these "Best Place to Work" awards. Sometimes talking to upper level management feels like talking to a solid brick wall - no understanding whatsoever, and no readiness to cooperate with employees. Very poor benefits, no match on 401k, as far as I know, even though they are trying to fix it. The company is claiming that it's trying to treat everybody equally, but in fact there is no equality to be seen. Lots of preference given to those who belong to the upper levels of company hierarchy.
