      Pros

      This company will be what you want it to be. They care and will help you succeed, but won't hold your hand- you have to want it.

      Cons

      It's a young company; it's trying to play with the big boys and it's doing it most of the time. However, it's hard to do that all the time and their greenness shows at times.

      Pros

      Competitive pay. And even then they use pay as an excuse to treat their people poorly. This place is run like a start up on an ego trip. I'd advise you consider working for Uber over Blueprint.

      Cons

      Autocratic and fascist management and HR who blindly supports them. If you are the kind of person who has morals then turn around now! Also, remember not to voice your concerns or you will be branded a trouble maker and have your job threatened.

      Pros

      There is significant room to grow from the ground up. Several people have excelled at this company, specifically in their managed service engagements.

      Cons

      Mid/Upper Management is disconnected from the majority of the workforce. Running a 7 day a week call center environment with management only working Mon-Fri leads to large gaps in coverage and recognition.
