      Pros

      The leaders at Blueprint care about their employees and their personal and professional growth. The company is on the leading edge of innovation. Truly have the best people working for them. The open door policy really does exist here.

      Cons

      Honestly, nothing too crazy to mention. If you are not up for a challenge, this might not be the place for you. I have not had any negative experiences.

      Pros

      If you want to be challenged and truly appreciated, Blueprint delivers. Easy access to leadership team. Always creating new ways to improve. Fun company events that aren't cheesy... annual Innovation Cup in which you can present an idea to the company and if a winner, company implements. Plenty of opportunities if you're willing to step up and drive results.

      Cons

      If you don't like change, enjoy what works and surfing the web while on the job, this isn't the place for you. It's fast-paced, constantly looking for ways to improve and heads-down making it impossible to get bored on the job.

      If you reach out to leadership and keep pace, you'll move up quickly. The people are great. Compensation is good. You learn a lot, everyday.

      Cons

      This isn't the company for you, if you are looking for a ton of structure and can't work autonomously.
