      Not a long term place to work. Very poor benefits.

      Lots of opportunity to get involved in upcoming tech.

      Cons

      No paycheck while on bench, must pay for family benefits, which is very expensive. No 401k

      Pros

      Best consulting company I have worked for! Access to all levels of management, regardless of the location. Competitive salary, many growth opportunities if you are open to doing more than just the job you are paid to do. Great benefits package that is superior to many consulting companies out there. At the end of the day, this is a consulting company, you want to stay busy, keep your network tuned. What other company encourages you to have coffee or lunch with someone in your network to maintain a relationship?

      If you are looking for set hours, highly defined work environment and leadership seeking you out for advancement, this is not the place. If on the other hand, you are motivated, not afraid to stretch your skills and take risks, this IS the place to be.

      will fire you if you follow the outlined procedures of their clients, and let people that dont stay
