Not what they say they are

Pros

Good peers, interesting content, decent salary

Cons

Unfortunately, my experience working at Blueprint Technologies was disappointing due to several systemic issues within management. Here's a summary of my concerns: Lack of Listening and Respect: Employees often felt unheard and unvalued. Management appeared dismissive of feedback and sometimes belittled team members, which negatively impacted morale. Intimidation Tactics: Threats and passive-aggressive behavior from management created a hostile work environment. This approach did not foster collaboration or productivity. Unethical Compensation Practices: A decision was made to transition employees from salary to hourly pay, seemingly to avoid providing deserved raises. This move undermined trust and added financial stress to many workers. Gaslighting Concerns: There was a tendency for management to deflect accountability and shift blame, leaving employees doubting their perceptions and feelings in workplace disputes.

Avoid at all costs

Pros

They pay well for certain skills, but are terrible leaders and only take care of the core senior team. Company meetings are mostly just the executive team talking about how awesome they are.

Cons

They actually pride themselves on not taking care of employees, and regularly state that they do not expect people to stay more than 1-2 years. Health benefits are great if you have no family, no 401k match or other benefits to speak of. Was promised raises to take on additional responsibilities, the raises never happened. If you give them 2 weeks notices they often terminate you on the spot. They will take advantage of any special skills or knowledge you have, then fire without cause when they get up to speed. The president is absolutely cut throat, berates people in public and regularly admits he knows very little about what his company does. The company success is all smoke and mirrors, the executive team leads several partner companies with money and people moving back and forth in questionable ways. HR is an executive puppet at best with policy enforcement and treatment of people being done at the whims of senior management.

Pros

Alright pay for the job. General perks include snacks.

Cons

Management, HQ, and HR don't really care about employees.
