Pros

Feeling like you're something while actually just being a call center rep.

Cons

Lies, hr doesn't support you, stagnant pay despite the company raking in cash left and right. Laughable bonuses (92$ Christmas bonus when they increased revenue over 1000%). Company growing too fast and leaving their previous engagements alone.

Pros

Free food and a a salary while you wait to get a good job

Cons

Hmm where do I start? Colleagues who keep stealing food? Colleagues who give you a feedback which doesn't make sense and a Team Lead who can't be bothered to read it and accepts it? People who spend ages on the toilet bowl playing with their phones with you going up and down the stairs to find a vacant toilet before you stain your underwear? Team leads who are clueless and want to be right at all cost although you tell them that you happened to be in the job just because you are new to the country otherwise you have a Master's degree in mechanical engineering and a decade of experience in a management position in the engineering sector and simply can think better? PS. My new job pays me 55usd an hour net, all accommodation and food expenses paid. Shall I talk about the colleague who did 4 tickets an hour (2 of which were basically done by me) for months and got the monthly MVP little prize because hey....male agents get told off all the time, female agents get little heart emojis on skype and prizes? One last word for people working there. I feel very sorry for you. Believe in yourself. You can do better career wise. Well, you can't do worse for sure!
