      Pros

      Good health benefits for a single person. Family benefit prices are a little high.

      Not even sure how to start. Just take this word to heart "RUN"! Indisputably one of the worst places I've ever worked!

      Pros

      The job was onsite at Microsoft, which is a good place to work. All the people I referred and interviewed are good people.

      Cons

      They received confidential information about me from a previous employer, demoted me with no discussion, then terminated me two weeks later. Be careful before working with this company. I referred four people to work for Blueprint and I was promised $1,000 referral bonus for each hire. Blueprint is now refusing to pay me. Send your friends somewhere else!
