      Pros

      Extremely friendly and open upper management who don't treat you like just a person in a chair. Very happy with how I'm treated by them.

      Cons

      I work in a different state so I don't get to be a huge part of the workplace environment. A few things missing that I would like but with a growing company some things can be left out that are later added in.

      Pros

      Blueprint has a fun and innovative culture with a focus on personal growth, Their benefits are top notch and competitive with large fortune 100 companies. A great place to work, learn and develop!

      Cons

      No real cons that's I've encountered. Blueprint like any rapidly growing company has to work through growing pains around internal processes etc but has the leadership in place to tackle those issues.

      Pros

      It's a great opportunity to work for a company that strives to be great, the culture is entrepreneurial, and work with/for a leadership team that works with you and is there for support. Furthermore, I have been so impressed with the transparency of Senior Leadership, open-door policy, and humility. I have worked for publicly-traded, medium and large size companies, and to me, Blueprint seems very special.

      Cons

      Brand awareness - we are still a new brand/name to many organizations and people. That said, our Leadership, Marketing team, and staff are all working hard to represent, demonstrate, and market who we are.....
