The benefits are ok. Company 403B contributions for full-time emoyees.

Cons

Toxic, Toxic, Toxic environment!! Unqualified people in leadership positions. Pay is not commensurate to experience unless you're in a senior leadership position.

Absolutely NOTHING good to say about Thai company and their policies.

Cons

The owners and HR department are racist against minorities and favor certain people, they are liars and they do NOT know how to deal with Military contractors, they need to NEVER win another Contract with the military, they fired a lot of us with NO reasoning and even tried to stop our Unemployment cheques, seriously! The worst Contract company we have been with in the over 30yrs of working on the Air Force Bases! They all terrible people to work for!
