- Lots of emphasis on professional growth - Lots of internal hires for management positions - Flexible working conditions - Really interesting product - Powerful company PC with RTX graphics that you’re allowed to use for personal gaming - Awesome people

Cons

- Hour tracking (you need to attribute your hours to specific JIRA tasks and they need to add up to 40 a week) - Politics - Very large codebase, changes can take a long time - Designer role can be very vague and each designer does very different work
