- opportunities to upskill - regular pay reviews - hefty employee referral bonuses - flexibility - good for getting varied experience in the field
Cons
- the atmosphere/environment is less than ideal - strong nepotism/favouritism in the company (especially with people hired through the referral system who have established connections with managers, senior staff etc.) - not enough support and time for tasks, everything is rushed, lots of pressure - many employees obsessed with getting promotions asap to get decent pay so they regularly work unpaid overtime, "all work and no play" attitude which badly affects the whole team - some managers have extremely low people management skills, I do not trust my manager to have my back which is a long term concern for me - senior staff often contradicting themselves - you are encouraged to give feedback but when you do, it's immediately shot down with excuses
