Bulk of company on foreign soil, mixed messaging from management, who does not engage with lower level employees, cronyism, incentives are laughable, merger/consolidation in progress, no path upward, it's a dead end job that never matched original description, minimal PTO, mediocre bonuses, lagging behind in innovation
