Company Pays Way Way Too Low

Pros

Benefits are ok. Cost too much and deductible is too high, but at least they have them.

Cons

The pay is way too low for the work so they are constantly understaffed or hiring bad people because they're desperate. Local management is good for the most part but corporate is extremely out of touch and just sends out memos promising "creative solutions" to their hiring issues.

Pros

They give you *somewhat* consistent hours

Cons

The pay, especially after 2021s wage increase, is getting pathetic. The average job is only paying a few dollars more than McDonalds.

Pros

Okay benefits and good corporate structure

Cons

Very bad branch management specifically at tulsa. Absolutely no competency for the door shop putting the wrong people in charge and leaving the good employees out to dry. Doesn’t feel like the company wants to listen to any employees ideas at all and purposely holds employees back from promotion solely based on if the manager likes them or not.
