Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Flexible work environment if you work for the right person.

Cons

Does things the way they always have. Says they are open to need ideas and innovation but are not. Supervisors are determined by longevity and. OT skill set. No real development or training programs for associates or supervisors. Everything moves at the pace of snails. Lots of meetings for the sake of meetings. Micromanaging galore and too many cooks in every kitchen

Pros

Decent pay depending on position, leadership is accessible depending on position, good training depending on position

Cons

Poor access to leadership for hourly employees, unstable work environment (plants send hourly employees home early often, plants will temporarily shut down often with no pay etc), many mills are poorly maintained, poor communication within company, poor follow-up, bad work life balance, more "talk" than "action", big disconnects between corporate and mill locations, below average benefits overall
