The company will give you back what you give them. Give them hard work, they give you opportunity. Give them a hard time, they give you a pink slip.

Cons

They tend to promote from within until a person is one job above what their skill level is equipped to handle. Then, they stagnate and start pulling everyone else down.

Great benefits, good pay, communication is excellent, treat employees with respect. I couldn't be more content. Home most nights and off weekends. Safety driven and caring.

Cons

If you're not afraid to work you'll love it here. Long days and early mornings.
