Maintains a decentralized structure but rapidly deploys best practices. Strong and efficient internal controls for accounting and HR.

Pros

Wage is competitive, Benefits are better than a lot of smaller Co.

Cons

Management is multi layered and Antiquated. Production workers truly receive no respect from Co. You are just a "body" to feel a "spot" you are expendable, and they let you know this. Micromanaged like I have ever encountered. Rumors run rampant and Management is just as bad. You can not miss any work, do not get hurt or you will be singled out until you break. This Co. Allows the bullies to run over other employees and lets "these type" of bullies to have the better jobs as long as they "report" their distorted view of what happens on the daily~ Horrible place to work but there are not many mills left in the area. You will be hard pressed to find a Happy, Content employee.
