      Pros

      I previously wrote a review giving two stars. I'm now changing it to 4 as, upon checking LinkedIn, the company has hired a VP role for the Exchange (Commercial Insurance Center). This was relatively quick considering I posted the review in January.

      Cons

      I'm not sure of any policy changes since I am no longer an employee, which is why I only gave 4 stars. During my employment, PTO as a Commercial Insurance Specialist was very difficult to earn. Additionally, the bonus for earning the Property and Casualty License they offered to pay for was only an extension of the annual bonus. Meaning, I received the bonus, but when annual raises came around, I only received a small increase compared to colleagues who had equivalent length of employment and stats.
