Very understanding that their employees are people and have lives outside of work, they provide all the equipment you need to work from home, they provide excellent opportunities for employee development and growth, and the company culture is amazing.

Cons

You have to earn PTO by having perfect attendance, sometimes the equipment they provide isn't the best
