      Good ERGs and support for female, minoroty, LGBTQ+

      Untrustworth HR leadership. Bifurcated team--newer hires are treated different from people who were part of the business's start up days. Unresponsive senior leadership overinvested in meeting absurd growth goals Opaque leadership. Not managing growth well. Too much trust and credibilty given to poor/inexperienced managers. Unlimited PTO is a joke for many. Fake "rah-rah" ethos and culture in lieu of actual support for team members. Poor management of business priorities.
