Pros

Responsible for my own success, allowed to work remotely during the pandemic, and has been a complete change from the corporate structure that I was used to. Bold Penguin does a great job of providing you with the resources you need to be successful and allows you to work with your own style as long as the work is completed.

Cons

As others have mentioned it is still a start up and there is more that goes into the work week than the typical 40 hours.

Pros

- If you want to feel valued and be apart of an exciting culture, join this team. - They had many remote employees before the pandemic and they are remote friendly. - It doesn’t matter what department you’re in, everyone is helpful and collaborative. - The culture is energetic and we even have an engagement team that focuses on employee experience! They actually just sent the whole company celebration boxes to celebrate our hard work on a release!

Cons

Not a con, something to mention. Bold Penguin is considered a startup, with this comes an environment that moves very fast. It may not be for everyone, but it is a lot of fun and rewarding.
