- If you want to feel valued and be apart of an exciting culture, join this team.
- They had many remote employees before the pandemic and they are remote friendly.
- It doesn’t matter what department you’re in, everyone is helpful and collaborative.
- The culture is energetic and we even have an engagement team that focuses on employee experience! They actually just sent the whole company celebration boxes to celebrate our hard work on a release!
Cons
Not a con, something to mention. Bold Penguin is considered a startup, with this comes an environment that moves very fast. It may not be for everyone, but it is a lot of fun and rewarding.
