Nice Office, latest tech stack, fair pay

Cons

Leadership is overbearing. Timelines are insane. Lack of teamwork makes you feel isolated and like you can't ask for help.

Pros

- Free Vision and Dental - Friendly employees - Work-life is relaxed - Casual atmosphere - Catered lunch on Mondays - Opportunity to get P&C Insurance License - Solving a need in the Commercial Insurance world

Cons

- They don't offer real PTO/Sick days/Vacation days to the CSA team no matter how long you've worked there. You have the ability to earn something like 2 hours of PTO each month. - Promotions are only based upon favoritism. - Low starting pay - Only leadership's opinions are heard. - CSAs are hardly involved in the company culture. - Since there are no paid sick days, they basically encourage you to come into work sick, otherwise it will count as an "occurrence" against you.
